Shipping Information 

At Party Hop, we want to ensure that your party supplies reach you in a timely and efficient manner, so you can focus on planning and enjoying your event. Here's an overview of our shipping policy:

Standard ground shipping (3-8 business days) within the US starts at $7. Heavy goods shipping is also available and is $10. Please see our shipping policy below. 

We also offer free local pickup at our shop in Webster Groves, Missouri. This option can be chosen at checkout if local to the St. Louis area. If you accidentally choose the local pickup option at checkout but do not live in the St. Louis area someone from our customer support team will contact you to email you a shipping invoice for your order.  This shipping invoice must be paid before your order can be shipped and may delay shipping times. 

Once an order for local pickup is placed you will receive an order confirmation email and an email from our customer support team with pickup location and hours. 

Our shop is located at 20 Allen Avenue, Suite 160 in Webster Groves, MO. 

 

Shipping Policy 

Processing Time: Once you place an order, please allow 1-3 business days for us to process and prepare your items for shipment. During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer due to increased order volumes.

Shipping Destinations: We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your package. The shipping charges will be displayed at checkout, and you will have the opportunity to review them before finalizing your order.

Order Tracking: Once your package is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.

Lost/Stolen Packages: Once a package leaves our warehouse, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you suspect your package is lost or stolen, please contact your local UPS or USPS location.

Address Accuracy: Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate and complete. We cannot be held responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Delays and Exceptions: While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, please note that unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or carrier delays, may occasionally affect delivery times. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.

Order Modifications: If you need to make changes to your shipping address or order details after it has been placed, please contact our customer support team via email as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that changes may not be possible once the order has been shipped.

Rush and Overnight Shipping: If you need rush or overnight shipping please send us an email before placing your order to make sure that we can fulfill your request. At that time we will also provide you with the rush shipping or overnight estimated charges.
