Balloon FAQ
Can I pickup my balloon garland or column?
Yes, you can pickup in Kirkwood, MO. Please come with an SUV with seats down. and nothing in the car. Make sure you have fishing wire (or string) and command hooks for installation or checkout our Indoor/Outdoor Hanging Kits for sale in the shop. If you are picking up day before, please place balloons inside until your party.
Do you deliver?
Yes delivery is available for the St. Louis area. The delivery fee starts at $25 within a 10 mile radius of Kirkwood and is an additional charge per mile for deliveries outside of this radius. Please note that delivery does not include any type of setup services.
How long will my balloons last?
If your balloons are outside in extreme heat/cold or rain, we cannot guarantee outdoor decor for more than 1-3 days. If your balloons are in direct sunlight it is possible that they will only last the day and could pop or shrivel due to intense heat. If your balloons are inside they can last up to 3 weeks!
Party Hop is not responsible for the balloons once we leave your property.
How do I install my balloon garland?
We recommend hanging your balloon garland with 3m Command hooks and using fishing wire or long zip ties to attach the balloon arch to the hooks. Indoor and Outdoor Hanging Kits are available for purchase on the website.
Are your balloons filled with helium or air?
Our balloons used in garlands, columns, and also letters and number balloons are filled with air and will not float. The only balloon offering with helium in our shop is our Jumbo 3ft Balloons that do float.
How much advance do you need?
We need 5-7 days advance for all balloon orders. Balloon columns and small garlands for pickup can be made on shorter notice. Please note that we do only take a limited amount of balloon orders each weekend so please reach out to secure your date in advance.
Can you do rush orders?
Yes, when our schedule allows we can do rush orders. There is a $25 fee for 24 hour notice rush orders.
The customer must notify us of cancellation within 5 days prior to the event, pickup or delivery. Depending whether these were special order items the customer will receive store credit for a future order or a full refund. Orders that are not cancelled 5 days prior to delivery, pickup or installation will not be refunded in any way.
