Return Policy


Products purchased from Party Hop may be returned up to 30 days after purchase. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your product must be in the original packaging and in the same condition as received. If y order meets the guidelines above you will be eligible for a 100% refund back on your original payment method. 

Steps To Complete Your Return

You will need to send an email to to confirm the order number and the product(s) being returned. Please include in your email photographs of any damaged products. 

If the product is not in its original condition there are instances where partial refunds or store credit will be issued. This would be dependent on the damage or missing parts not being the responsibility of Party Hop once photos are reviewed.

Product replacements will only ship to the shipping address listed in the original order and cannot be shipped to a new address. If a replacement is requested and an item is out of stock we will credit a refund to the original method of payment. 

Refund Processing Time

Once we have received your photos of the damaged product and it is reviewed, we will send you an email response. We will notify you of the status of your return whether it is approved or denied within 2 business days. Once your return is approved your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Refund processing times may vary based on your financial institution. 

Missing Or Late Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet after allowing 5 days for processing, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or banking institution, it may take some time before your refund is posted and showing on your account. Refund Exclustions

All rental items and balloons are excluded from our return policy. All seasonal party decor item sales are final (this includes. Valentine's Day, Easter, Patriotic, Back to School, Halloween, Thanksgiving,  Christmas, and New Year's Eve Collections) 

Only regular-priced products can be refunded.  We are unable to process a refund for any sale products.
