Pickup information
Please order at least three business days before your requested pickup date. Pickup is available at Party Hop, 20 Allen Avenue, Suite 160, Webster Groves, MO 63119, during shop hours: Tuesday–Friday, 10 AM–2 PM, and Saturday, 9 AM–12 PM. Sunday pickup is by appointment only; Monday is closed.
Garlands are picked up fully inflated and require adequate vehicle space. Please arrive with an empty cargo area and seats folded down. Larger garlands may be prepared in sections for easier transport and installation.
Need onsite installation? This product is for customer pickup and self-installation. For delivery, professional installation, custom structures, specialty balloons, florals, or larger event designs, please submit an event inquiry.
